New Albany Oxford, MS Thaxton Pontotoc Booneville Baldwyn Tupelo 20-40 HRS A WEEK. Day shift and night shift opportunities Need to be available to work EVERY OTHER weekend Also have other shifts available A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and experienced caregivers to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities. Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment. Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being. Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families. Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times. Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide comfort and support to those in need. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and CNA to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation of $12 - $15 per hour. Full time/part time job type with expected hours of 20-40 hrs. per week. Flexible schedule with 4, 8 to 12-hour shifts, day shifts, and night shifts available on a weekend rotation Pay weekly Paid training
