acarius ist eine digitale Steuerberatungskanzlei mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden an zwei Standorten. Wir betreuen Familienunternehmen, Kapitalgesellschaften, Vereine und Stiftungen – praxisnah, vorausschauend und mit echter Begeisterung für unsere Mandate. Deine Aufgaben:

Finanzbuchhaltung & Lohnbuchhaltung: Du erstellst eigenständig Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung mit Fokus auf die Bereiche, die zu deinen Stärken passen. Betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung: Du begleitest deine eigenen Mandanten – lösungsorientiert, auf Augenhöhe und mit echtem Mehrwert. Sparringspartner/in: Du bist verlässliche Ansprechperson für Mandanten und kommunizierst souverän mit Behörden und Ämtern. Teamarbeit: Du teilst dein Wissen, unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen und bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • von Vorteil Weiterbildung als Steuerfachwirt/in oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
