Infirmier·ère Chef·fe d'Unité de Soins (ICUS) 80 à 100%

pour rejoindre une structure médico\-sociale spécialisée dans l'accompagnement de personnes âgées présentant des troubles de santé mentale et des besoins spécifiques en psychiatrie de l'âge avancé.

Votre mission

Véritable moteur de l'unité, vous garantissez la qualité des soins et de l'accompagnement tout en assurant l'encadrement de l'équipe soignante. Par votre leadership de proximité et votre expertise clinique, vous contribuez au développement d'une prise en charge individualisée et bienveillante des résident·e·s.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et l'organisation de l'unité de soins
  • Encadrer, accompagner et soutenir les équipes soignantes dans leur pratique quotidienne
  • Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la continuité des soins dispensés aux résident·e·s
  • Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et au développement des collaborateurs
  • Veiller à l'application des procédures institutionnelles et des bonnes pratiques professionnelles
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents intervenants afin d'assurer une prise en charge coordonnée et cohérente
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration, au suivi et à l'évaluation des projets thérapeutiques individualisés
  • Participer activement aux projets institutionnels et à l'amélioration continue des prestations
  • Assurer un rôle de référent clinique et favoriser le développement des compétences au sein de l'équipe

Votre profil

  • Bachelor HES en Soins Infirmiers ou diplôme d'Infirmier·ère reconnu en Suisse
  • Formation en management et expérience confirmée dans une fonction d'encadrement
  • Expérience professionnelle en psychogériatrie, psychiatrie ou gériatrie souhaitée
  • Excellente connaissance du réseau médico\-social suisse
  • Capacité à fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs
  • Aisance dans la gestion des situations complexes et la prise de décision
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels de soins
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
