Pour l'un de nos clients situé dans la région Riviera\-Chablais, nous recherchons un·e

Infirmier·ère Diplômé·e 80 à 100% \- EMS Riviera Chablais

pour rejoindre une structure médico\-sociale spécialisée dans l'accompagnement de personnes âgées présentant des troubles de santé mentale et des besoins spécifiques en psychogériatrie.

Votre mission

Au\-delà des soins techniques, vous êtes une personne de référence pour les résident·e·s, leurs proches et vos collègues. Grâce à votre expertise clinique et à votre sens humain, vous contribuez activement à la qualité de vie et à la sécurité des personnes accompagnées.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer des soins infirmiers complets, préventifs, curatifs, palliatifs et éducatifs
  • Évaluer les situations cliniques et adapter les interventions en fonction des besoins des résident·e·s
  • Participer à l'organisation et à la coordination des soins au quotidien
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents professionnels afin de garantir une prise en charge globale et cohérente
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des projets thérapeutiques individualisés
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de soins et à la qualité des prestations
  • Accompagner les résident·e·s et leurs proches avec bienveillance, professionnalisme et respect

Votre profil

  • Bachelor en Soins Infirmiers HES, Diplôme d'Infirmier·ère ou titre jugé équivalent reconnu en Suisse
  • Expérience confirmée ou intérêt marqué pour la psychogériatrie
  • Quelques années de pratique professionnelle dans un environnement similaire constituent un atout
  • Connaissance de l'approche Montessori, un avantage
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
