Dans le cadre de missions temporaires et/ou fixes au sein d’un établissement hospitalier de renom du canton de Vaud, nous recherchons plusieurs :

Services hospitaliers de soins aigus**

Votre mission

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients au sein de différents services hospitaliers.
  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers de qualité dans le respect des protocoles institutionnels.
  • Évaluer l’état de santé des patients et assurer un suivi rigoureux de leur évolution.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires afin de garantir la continuité des soins.
  • Participer activement à la sécurité, au confort et au bien\-être des patients.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d’infirmier(ère) reconnu en Suisse ou reconnaissance de diplôme délivrée par la Croix\-Rouge suisse (CRS) en cours ou obtenue.
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en services de soins aigus hospitaliers.
  • Excellentes capacités d’adaptation et de gestion des priorités.
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et esprit d’équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
