Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous apporterez votre expertise juridique aux différents départements de l'organisation tout en participant activement aux initiatives de conformité, de gestion des risques et de gouvernance.

Vos responsabilités

  • Conseiller les équipes internes sur des questions juridiques variées liées aux activités de l'organisation.
  • Rédiger, réviser et négocier différents types de contrats et accords.
  • Assurer le suivi du processus de validation et de signature des contrats.
  • Participer aux activités de conformité réglementaire et de gestion des risques.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour des politiques, procédures et directives internes.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences en matière de protection des données et de gouvernance.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers juridiques en collaboration avec les conseils externes.
  • Participer à la gestion du portefeuille de marques et de propriété intellectuelle.
  • Préparer des notes juridiques, rapports et analyses destinés à la direction.
  • Sensibiliser et conseiller les collaborateurs sur les bonnes pratiques en matière de conformité.

Votre profil

* Master en droit suisse ou formation jugée équivalente. * Brevet d'avocat un réel atout. * Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années au sein d'une étude d'avocats ou d'un département juridique d'entreprise. * Solides connaissances en droit des contrats, droit des affaires et compliance. * Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d'analyse. * Français et anglais courants à l'oral comme à l'écrit. * Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels. * Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les délais. j4id10464273jm j4it1044jm j4iy26jm
