Pour notre client, une structure d’hébergement d’urgence basée à Genève, nous recherchons un

Travailleur social (H/F) à 80%

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez en charge de :

  • Accueillir, accompagner et orienter les femmes hébergées dans la structure ;
  • Assurer un suivi social personnalisé à travers des entretiens individualisés ;
  • Collaborer activement avec le réseau socio\-sanitaire et participer aux échanges interinstitutionnels ;
  • Participer à la gestion des admissions, à l’accueil et au départ des bénéficiaires ;
  • Veiller au respect du cadre institutionnel, des personnes accueillies et du voisinage ;
  • Répondre aux sollicitations internes et externes, et assurer la continuité du service en cas d’urgence ou d’absence ;
  • Participer activement aux colloques, formations, à l’intégration des nouveaux collègues et à l’animation d’activités collectives ;
  • Contribuer à la circulation des informations utiles à l’équipe et à la bonne tenue des outils de communication et de suivi ;
  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec l’ensemble du personnel de la structure.

Pour réussir pleinement dans ce poste, vous vous distinguez par les qualités et compétences suivantes :

  • Titulaire d’un Bachelor en travail social ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la précarité et/ou en structure à haut seuil de tolérance ;
  • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), d’autres langues sont un atout ;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à adapter votre communication aux différents interlocuteurs ;
  • Résistance au stress, polyvalence et grande capacité d’adaptation ;
  • Disponibilité à travailler à des horaires irréguliers et à faire face à des situations complexes ;
  • Sens de l’accueil, de l’initiative, écoute active et empathie ;
