La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'area Operations e avrà il compito di supportare la pianificazione e il monitoraggio delle attività produttive, garantendo il corretto avanzamento degli ordini, l'analisi delle performance operative e il controllo della consuntivazione delle attività produttive. Il ruolo richiede una forte attitudine analitica, capacità organizzative e una costante collaborazione con Produzione, Logistica, Industrializzazione e Ufficio Tecnico al fine di assicurare l'efficienza dei processi e il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna.

Responsabilità principali

  • Pianificazione e schedulazione delle attività produttive in funzione dei carichi di lavoro, delle capacità disponibili e delle priorità aziendali.
  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento della produzione e verifica del rispetto del piano produttivo.
  • Analisi e gestione delle criticità che possono impattare tempi di consegna, capacità produttiva ed efficienza operativa.
  • Aggiornamento e monitoraggio degli ordini di produzione all'interno del sistema gestionale.
  • Raccolta, verifica e analisi delle dichiarazioni di produzione e dei dati di avanzamento.
  • Controllo della corretta imputazione delle ore lavorate e dei tempi dichiarati nei diversi reparti produttivi.
  • Analisi degli scostamenti tra tempi standard e tempi consuntivi, individuando le principali cause di inefficienza.
  • Elaborazione e monitoraggio di KPI produttivi e logistici, quali produttività, saturazione risorse, rispetto delle tempistiche e puntualità delle consegne.
  • Supporto alla definizione e all'aggiornamento di cicli produttivi, tempi standard e parametri di pianificazione.
  • Collaborazione con Produzione, Logistica e Industrializzazione per identificare opportunità di miglioramento dei processi.
  • Predisposizione di report periodici e analisi a supporto del management e delle funzioni operative.
  • Supporto ai progetti di miglioramento continuo finalizzati all'ottimizzazione dei flussi produttivi e logistici.

Requisiti

Formazione

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini, oppure diploma tecnico con significativa esperienza in ruoli analoghi.

Competenze tecniche

  • Esperienza di 2-5 anni in attività di pianificazione della produzione, avanzamento produttivo o controllo di gestione industriale.
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali processi produttivi e logistici in contesti industriali.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e degli strumenti di analisi dati.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP/MRP.
  • Buona conoscenza di SAP per la gestione dei processi di pianificazione, produzione e logistica.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi MES (Manufacturing Execution System) per il monitoraggio dell'avanzamento della produzione, la raccolta dati di fabbrica e la consuntivazione delle attività produttive.
  • Capacità di analisi dei tempi di lavorazione, delle dichiarazioni di produzione e della consuntivazione delle ore.
