We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3–5 Years Are you passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own end-to-end product design and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and validation. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end design, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes. Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions. Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma. Create responsive, accessible web and mobile experiences aligned with WCAG guidelines. Collaborate with developers, product owners, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure design quality through developer handoff and implementation reviews. Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio. Advanced Figma skills, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and agile product development. Excellent communication and client presentation skills. AI Tools & Workflow Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude. Familiarity with AI prototyping tools such as Figma Make, v0, or Lovable. Ability to integrate AI into the design process while ensuring quality, accessibility, and data privacy. Good to Have Experience designing AI-powered features such as chat assistants or copilots. Motion design and micro-interaction skills. Experience working on enterprise products or platforms.
