Har du solid erfaring med teknisk drift af større ejendomme, og trives du i en rolle med ansvar, kvalitet og samarbejde? Så er det måske dig, vi søger til en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer i en helt ny, stor ejendom i Københavns Nordhavn.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en teknisk stærk medarbejder til den daglige drift af én fast ejendom med kontorlejemål, reception og køkkenfaciliteter. Stillingen er målrettet den tekniske drift af ejendommen og passer til dig, der har erfaring med bygningsdrift, installationer og tekniske anlæg.

Du bliver en del af et godt arbejdsmiljø med gode kolleger, og du får en fast kollega tilknyttet samme ejendom, så der er gode muligheder for sparring og samarbejde i hverdagen.

Der er ikke trappevask eller grøn vedligehold i stillingen.

Vi forestiller os, at du

• har minimum 5 års erfaring fra ejendomsservicebranchen eller lignende teknisk drift

• er teknisk kompetent og arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret

• har høj IT-faglighed

• har stor erfaring med CTS & KNX

• har kendskab til Dalux (fordel)

• er enormt servicemindet og har et smil på læben

• har som minimum DBi 005 kursus samt elementær brandbekæmpelse

Det er vigtigt at ejerskab, ordentlighed og kvalitet er en del af din DNA.

Din baggrund kan for eksempel være som ejendomstekniker, elektriker, tømrer, murer eller anden relevant håndværksmæssig uddannelse som kan stå alene eller være kombineret med erfaring inden for teknisk ejendomsdrift.
