Teamleider/ diagnosetechnieker

Als Teamleider/diagnosetechnieker spoor je technische problemen op, geef je klanten duidelijke uitleg en volg je de dagelijkse technische werking mee op.

  • Je voert technische diagnoses uit en brengt problemen nauwkeurig in kaart.
  • Je analyseert defecten en bepaalt welke herstellingen nodig zijn.
  • Je licht klanten duidelijk in over de diagnose en de voorgestelde oplossing.
  • Je stuurt één mechanieker aan en begeleidt hem in zijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt binnen het bedrijf.
  • Je stemt af met je verantwoordelijke over de commerciële en administratieve opvolging.

  • Je bent iemand die meteen zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Je zal ook wagens moeten verplaatsen.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht hebben
  • Je kan 1 technieker aansturen
  • Je bent iemand die technische problemen en oplossingen duidelijk aan klanten kan uitleggen
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en een woordje Engels is een plus
  • Je bent iemand die verzorgd en professioneel voor de dag komt

Iemand die als diagnosetechnieker zelfstandig werkt, sterk technisch inzicht koppelt aan een professionele houding en een mechanieker op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier kan aansturen. Iemand die klanten helder en rustig te woord staat, technische uitleg begrijpelijk maakt in het Nederlands en zich ook in het Engels kan behelpen.
