Voor deze job regio Aarschot zoeken we een ploegbaas metser die graag werkt aan exclusieve renovatie- en aanbouwprojecten. Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Iedere ochtend om 6 uur starten vanuit het magazijn in Aarschot en vertrekken naar verschillende werven.
  • Je krijgt tijd om aan je job te wennen, dus je begint met één dag in de week een eigen team aan te sturen.
  • Dit is een vaste ploeg van maximaal drie personen, waarin je zelf ook nog meewerkt.
  • Uitvoeren van allerhande metselwerken, zowel binnen- als buitenmuren, met gevelsteen en dunbedmortel.
  • Renoveren en plaatsen van aanbouwen en bijgebouwen, inclusief funderings- en afbraakwerken.
  • Poutrels plaatsen en samen met collega’s de werf nauwkeurig uitzetten.
  • Assisteren bij ruwbouwactiviteiten zoals kleine funderingswerken en muurverlijmingen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen, leiding geven en het team aansturen waar en wanneer nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving, inclusief het onderhouden van de camionette.
  • Na de werkdag gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten om te douchen, zodat je fris naar huis kunt rijden.
