Als aankoopbediende volg je de aankoop voor nieuwbouw- en verbouwingsprojecten van dichtbij op.

  • Je selecteert en beoordeelt leveranciers en onderaannemers voor de verschillende bouwprojecten.
  • Je zoekt actief naar geschikte leveranciers en bouwt met hen een duurzame werkrelatie op.
  • Je bestudeert dossiers zoals het lastenboek, de meetstaat en de plannen, en brengt opportuniteiten en uitdagingen in kaart.
  • Je volgt inkomende offertes op en analyseert ze zowel inhoudelijk als prijsbewust.
  • Je overlegt met de project- en werfleider over de voortgang van het bouwproject en bewaakt mee de naleving van de planning.
  • Na overleg met de projectleider plaats je bestellingen en volg je die verder op in samenwerking met ervaren collega-aankopers.

Voor deze functie beschik je over de volgende vereisten.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met onderhandelen en communiceert vlot en duidelijk.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de uitvoering van een bouwwerk.
  • Je blijft goed functioneren onder tijdsdruk en gaat zorgvuldig om met deadlines.
  • Je werkt vlot met courante pc-tools.
