Voor dit groeiend bedrijf binnen de grafische sector te Roeselare zoeken we een Accountant Assistant die onderstaande taken vervult:

  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, creditnota's, bankverrichtingen, lonen en afschrijvingen.
  • Je controleert inkomende facturen kritisch en zorgt voor een correcte boekhoudkundige verwerking.
  • Je bereidt btw-aangiftes voor en verzorgt onder andere de klantenlisting en intracommunautaire listing.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met de Business Controller.
  • Je volgt klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op en stelt wekelijks betalingsvoorstellen op.
  • Je beheert mee de verzekeringsportefeuille en volgt schadedossiers op met de verzekeringsmakelaar.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van wijzigingen in de boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetgeving en denkt mee over efficiëntere werkprocessen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Accountant Assistant te Roeselare zoeken we:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent door relevante ervaring gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie en kent de geldende boekhoudregels en btw-wetgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd, met oog voor deadlines.
  • Je bent vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware. Kennis van Business Central, Isabel of ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die initiatief neemt, kritisch meedenkt en graag blijft bijleren.
