Onze klant is een externe beheerder van wagenparken (bedrijfswagens) voor zijn klanten. Zij zoeken voor hun klanten de voordeligste leasemaatschappij en doen het volledig beheer hiervan. Met meer dan 60 verschillende klanten zijn zij marktleider in de Benelux en Frankrijk

Als Account Manager Automotive in Mechelen beheer je een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten en bouw je duurzame relaties op. Je begrijpt hun behoeften, denkt proactief mee en vertaalt commerciële opportuniteiten naar concrete oplossingen.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en werkt samen met interne teams om een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en langdurige samenwerking te garanderen.

  • Je organiseert klantenbezoeken en bewaakt de klantentevredenheid.
  • Je stelt accountplannen op en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je onderhandelt over contracten, prijzen en voorwaarden.
  • Je analyseert omzet, resultaten en winstgevendheid en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en concurrenten op.
  • Je bewaakt contractverlengingen en werkt actief aan klantenretentie.
  • Je rapporteert over klantencontacten, commerciële resultaten en lopende acties.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als Account Manager Automotive herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in accountmanagement of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je onderhandelt vlot en hebt oog voor zowel klantentevredenheid als rendabiliteit.
  • Je denkt analytisch, strategisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt kennis van de automotive en fleet wereld

Ervaring in automotive, fleet sales of leasing is een groot pluspunt. Ook als Account Manager, Key Account Manager of Business Development Manager in de automotive wereld kan deze functie aansluiten bij jouw ervaring.
