Als Administratief Boekhoudkundig Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin administratie en boekhouding samenkomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat documenten, facturen en gegevens correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd.

Concreet:

  • Je beheert verschillende administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken binnen de verzekeringsactiviteiten.
  • Je identificeert, scant en uploadt ontvangen documenten en e-mails.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt inkomende facturen van leveranciers op.
  • Je controleert documenten en gegevens op volledigheid en correctheid.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Administratief Boekhoudkundig Medewerker die nauwkeurig en georganiseerd te werk gaat. Een eerste ervaring in boekhouding is belangrijk, maar ook een relevante stage kan een goede basis vormen.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Boekhouden, Accountancy of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt idealiter 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in boekhouding.
  • Ook kandidaten met een relevante boekhoudkundige stage van meerdere maanden komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent een echte administratieve duizendpoot.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent proactief, efficiënt en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels goed.
