Als commercieel adviseur afleverdienst begeleid je de aflevering van verkochte wagens van voorbereiding en administratie tot het contact met de klant.

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, houdt de status van het voertuig op regelmatige basis bij en plant afleverafspraken in.
  • Je neemt nieuwe wagens en transportleveringen in ontvangst, controleert voertuigen op schade en verwerkt alles administratief.
  • Je registreert en vraagt nummerplaten aan, controleert boorddocumenten zoals het keuringsbewijs en inschrijvingsbewijs en rijdt indien nodig met een wagen naar de keuring.
  • Je stemt de aflevering af met showroomverkopers, de werkplaats, wagenpoetsers, leasemaatschappijen en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Je volgt facturatie en betalingen op en zorgt dat het administratieve dossier correct en volledig is.
  • Je plant accessoires in, zoals een trekhaak, en zorgt dat de nodige werkzaamheden tijdig met de werkplaats worden afgestemd.
  • Je maakt de wagen klaar voor aflevering in de afleverzone, voert een laatste check uit en geeft de klant uitleg over opties, technologieën en functies, zoals een gsm verbinden, spiegels automatisch laten inklappen en de lijncorrectie gebruiken.

Voor de functie van commercieel adviseur zijn de volgende vereisten belangrijk.

  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en helder met interne en externe contacten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaart het overzicht en volgt dossiers en planningen nauwgezet op.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de automotive sector en bent bereid je grondig te verdiepen in verschillende modellen en productkennis.
  • Je bent servicegericht, blijft rustig bij wijzigingen of werkdruk en stelt je flexibel op wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een functie waar je moet schakelen tussen veel taken
  • Je hebt een administratieve ervaring achter de rug
