Als assistent filiaalmanager neem je een belangrijke rol op binnen de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken begeleid en ondersteun je een grote groep winkelmedewerkers.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • medewerkers coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte samenwerking;
  • talenten herkennen en collega’s stimuleren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen;
  • verkoopcijfers en commerciële resultaten opvolgen;
  • samen met het team acties bedenken om de verkoop te versterken;

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Een sterke interesse in retail en klantenbeleving.
  • Ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Een mensgerichte en motiverende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Bereidheid om één weekend op twee te werken. Hierdoor geniet je regelmatig van vrije weekends die beter aansluiten bij je persoonlijke planning.
