Donckers is een van de grootste bandenspecialisten in België, met 11 centrales in de regio Groot-Antwerpen, van het Waasland tot de Kempen.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de vervanging en herstelling van banden voor personenwagens, bestelwagens en SUV's, en werkt daarnaast ook aan velgen, uitlijning, remmen en schokdempers. De expertise van Donckers reikt van kruiwagenbanden tot banden voor vrachtwagens, landbouw en wegenbouw.

In de vestigingen liggen gemiddeld ongeveer 6.000 nieuwe banden op voorraad. Die stock wordt dagelijks aangevuld vanuit het centraal magazijn, waar de filialen kunnen putten uit ongeveer 200.000 beschikbare banden.

De sollicitatieprocedure bestaat uit:

  1. Een gesprek met de personeelsverantwoordelijke, die meer uitleg geeft over de zaak en ruimte maakt om de kandidaat te leren kennen.
  2. Een rondleiding door het bedrijf.
  3. Een tweede gesprek op kantoor om te bespreken of beide partijen de samenwerking zien zitten.
  4. Bij een positieve start kan een proefweek gevolgd worden, waarna het contract verlengd wordt.
