Als Beenhouwer sta je in voor het versnijden, verwerken en bereiden van vlees, charcuterie en bereide gerechten. Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en HACCP-normen.

  • Versnijden, uitbenen en verwerken van verschillende soorten vlees
  • Bereiden van slagerijspecialiteiten, worsten, braadworsten, gehaktbereidingen en kant-en-klare gerechten
  • Verpakken en presenteren van vleesproducten in de toonbank
  • Klanten adviseren over de herkomst en bereidingswijze van het vlees
  • Bestellingen opnemen en een uitstekende klantenservice bieden
  • Voorraad opvolgen en tijdig bestellingen plaatsen
  • Werkblad, gereedschap en werkomgeving netjes, veilig en hygiënisch houden
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen het slagerijteam

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor ons filiaal in Hoeselt zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Beenhouwer om ons slagerijteam te versterken.

  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma als slager of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands
  • Je kunt zelfstandig vlees versnijden, verwerken en bereiden
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en hygiënisch
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en versheid
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een ploegensysteem tussen 6 uur en 20 uur te werken, ook in het weekend
  • Ervaring als Beenhouwer is een pluspunt
