Een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor, ontstaan in Hasselt en uitgegroeid tot meerdere vestigingen met momenteel 170-180 medewerkers, waaronder zo’n 40 stafleden. Met 35 jaar ervaring en een focus op ondernemingsrecht (B2B), staan hun mensen centraal.

Je zal onder andere verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende taken:

  • Het inboeken van bankverrichtingen en het uitvoeren van bankafstemmingen.
  • Het bespreken en opvolgen van de facturatie van de advocaten, inclusief het overlopen van hun individuele facturatieafspraken.
  • Het opvolgen van klanten en openstaande klantenvorderingen (Accounts Receivable – AR).
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van de verkoopfacturatie.
  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van de aankoopfacturen en de leveranciersboekhouding (Accounts Payable – AP).
  • Btw-regelgeving: je bent niet verantwoordelijk voor het indienen van btw-aangiftes, maar beschikt wel over voldoende kennis van de btw-regelgeving om courante vragen te beantwoorden en de nodige ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO 'Bart'.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans met een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in eenzelfde functie
  • Je hebt boekhoudkundige kennis en kennis van AR/AP
