Met zo’n zestig verkooppunten in verschillende supermarkten, kan onze klant zich erop beroemen een vernieuwend concept te hebben geïntroduceerd: de aanwezigheid van de ambachtelijke slager binnen de grote retailketens (AD Delhaize, Carrefour Market).

Of het nu gaat om verkoop aan de toonbank of zelfbediening, kiezen voor onze klant betekent vooral de garantie van onberispelijke kwaliteit en versheid, gecombineerd met een professionele en warme service en ontvangst.

Jobomschrijving

Als slager in ons bedrijf ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het hart van de supermarkt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere:

  • Uitbenen, versnijden en voorbereiden van vlees volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Beheren van de voorraad en waken over een goede productrotatie, zodat alles altijd vers blijft.
  • Strikt naleven van de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Klanten adviseren over de verschillende vleessoorten én tips geven over de beste bereidingswijzen.
  • Intensief samenwerken met het keukenteam en andere afdelingen, in een prettige en dynamische werkomgeving.

Les compétences requises

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring als slager, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een grootschalige en dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van verschillende vleessoorten en -sneden, met oog voor de beste bereidingswijzen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt ervaring met voorraadbeheer.
  • Een certificaat voedselveiligheid/hygiëne is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen binnen een team.
  • Je bent flexibel: je start om 7 uur en werkt ook tijdens het weekend.

De ideale collega-slager heeft ruime ervaring in het vak, beschikt over diepgaande kennis van verschillende vleessoorten en bereidingstechnieken, en werkt graag in een dynamische en moderne supermarktomgeving. Hij of zij is nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar in het beheer van de voorraad, en volgt de hoogste normen op het vlak van hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Met een klantgerichte houding en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden weet deze collega klanten te adviseren en professioneel te woord te staan. Flexibiliteit is vanzelfsprekend: starten om 7 uur en werken tijdens het weekend vormen geen probleem, en samenwerken in een enthousiast team gaat hem of haar moeiteloos af.
