Als (sous-)chef Italiaanse keuken in Kortrijk zorg je dagelijks voor een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle werking van de keuken.

  • Je bereidt authentieke Italiaanse gerechten met oog voor detail en volgens de vaste standaarden van de keuken.
  • Je stuurt het keukenteam aan en bewaakt een vlotte service tijdens piekuren.
  • Je controleert geleverde ingrediënten op kwaliteit en versheid en volgt het stockbeheer correct op.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-normen op de werkvloer.
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe menu-items, seizoenssuggesties en verfijnde Italiaanse creaties.

Voor de functie van keukenverantwoordelijke in Kortrijk zoeken we iemand die al over de volgende ervaring en competenties beschikt.

  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in fine dining of in de authentieke Italiaanse gastronomie.
  • Je bent fysiek sterk en gewend om in een drukke keukelomgeving hard door te werken.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail, afwerking en bordpresentatie.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en blijft rustig wanneer de druk tijdens een shift toeneemt.
