Als CNC Operator – Kotterbank ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-kotterbanken. Je zorgt ervoor dat buizen en bochtstukken correct worden bewerkt en voldoen aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het instellen, programmeren, afstellen en bedienen van CNC-kotterbanken (TOS Varnsdorf met Heidenhain-sturing).
  • Het bewaken en optimaliseren van het productieproces.
  • Het bepalen van de juiste bewerkingsmethode voor verschillende producten en materialen.
  • Het uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan de machines.
  • Het mee corrigeren en aftekenen van bochten.
  • Het controleren van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de uitgevoerde bewerkingen.

Je hoeft niet elk programma volledig zelf vanaf nul op te bouwen: meer dan 90% van de programma's is al in de machine geprogrammeerd. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt ingesteld en bijgestuurd waar nodig.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde CNC Operator die graag met machines werkt en oog heeft voor detail. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en vindt het belangrijk om kwalitatief werk af te leveren.

Je bent iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook bereid is collega's te ondersteunen en bij te springen waar nodig.

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in de metaalsector is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om de machines en bewerkingsprocessen goed te leren kennen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken, dat tijdelijk kan worden uitgebreid naar drie ploegen.
  • Tijdens piekperiodes ben je bereid om eventueel in een extra nachtploeg te werken.
