· Bedienen en instellen van een 5-assige CNC-brugzaag

· Positioneren en opspannen van natuurstenen werkstukken

· Interpreteren van technische tekeningen en borderellen

· Selecteren en afstellen van de juiste gereedschappen

· Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na productie

· Mee nadenken over verbeteringen van het productieproces

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als CNC-operator verzorg je het voorbereidende zaag- en freeswerk en leg je de basis voor het verdere afwerkingswerk van onze steenkappers en sculpteerders. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de tekenaar/werkvoorbereider en afwerkers om elk stuk technisch correct en volgens de gewenste kwaliteit te produceren. Je vormt daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, productie en afwerking.

Onze steenhouwerij combineert traditioneel vakmanschap met moderne technologie. Naast de CNC-brugzaag beschikken we ook over een recente 7-assige bewerkingsrobot, waardoor je terechtkomt in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar unieke restauratiestukken worden vervaardigd

· Je hebt technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust

· Je hebt interesse in techniek en productie of wil hierin groeien

· Je kan technische plannen begrijpen of bent bereid dit aan te leren

· Je hebt basiskennis van computers

· Je werkt graag zelfstandig én in team

· Je bent gemotiveerd om een gespecialiseerd vak aan te leren

Een diploma of ervaring als CNC-operator is geen vereiste. Heb je technisch inzicht, ben je leergierig en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan leren ze je het vak stap voor stap aan. Zowel ervaren CNC-operatoren als gemotiveerde starters of mensen die zich willen heroriënteren zijn welkom.
