Als CNC-insteller/operator zorg jij ervoor dat de machines correct ingesteld staan en de productie vlot verloopt.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met nauwkeurig werk en houdt de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken voortdurend in de gaten.

Wat mag je concreet verwachten?

  • Je stelt verschillende plaatbewerkingsmachines in en start ze op, zodat de productie volgens planning kan beginnen.
  • Je volgt de machines op tijdens het productieproces en past de instellingen aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken aan de hand van metingen, kalibers en andere controlemethoden.
  • Je spoort afwijkingen of problemen op en zoekt mee naar oplossingen om de productie en kwaliteit te verbeteren.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt operatoren op de werkvloer en helpt hen om hun technische kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt graag nauwkeurig en vindt het interessant om machines correct in te stellen en productieprocessen op te volgen.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, minstens op A2-niveau, bijvoorbeeld in mechanica of elektromechanica. Ervaring die gelijkwaardig is aan deze opleiding komt ook in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt interesse in CNC-machines en bij voorkeur al kennis of ervaring met CNC-programma’s.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen begrijpen en hebt inzicht in meet- en controletechnieken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en vindt het fijn om anderen te ondersteunen en begeleiden.
  • Je denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief wanneer je mogelijkheden ziet om iets beter aan te pakken.
  • Je spreekt en leest vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
