Als CNC-programmeur plaatbewerking vertaal je technische tekeningen naar nauwkeurige en efficiënte machineprogramma's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct ingesteld zijn en de productie vlot verloopt.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je programmeert, past aan en optimaliseert programma's voor de TC 6000, CNC-plooibanken en plooirobot.
  • Je analyseert technische tekeningen en bepaalt de juiste bewerkingsmethodes, plooivolgordes en gereedschappen.
  • Je stelt de geschikte machineparameters in en zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van de productie.
  • Je controleert programma's en afgewerkte onderdelen en lost technische problemen of afwijkingen op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen, kortere cyclustijden, een lager materiaalverbruik en een hogere productiviteit.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke technische basis en ervaring in CNC-programmering en plaatbewerking.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring met CNC-programmering en plaatbewerking.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Je hebt kennis van plooitechnieken, plooivolgordes, gereedschapskeuze en machine-instellingen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig machineprogramma's opstellen, aanpassen en optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee over de verbetering van productieprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en werkt graag samen met het productieteam.
