Als Internal Sales Medewerker te Izegem ben je de schakel tussen klanten, sales en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële dossiers administratief correct worden opgevolgd en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele en vlotte service.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen correct en nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je controleert orders en waakt over de afgesproken commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert klantgegevens, productinformatie en technische fiches.
  • Je verzamelt alle nodige informatie voor de creatie van nieuwe artikelen binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt klantendossiers op van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en interne afdelingen zoals productie, transport en boekhouding.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, opmerkingen, klachten en commerciële opvolging.
  • Je bereidt productstalen voor en volgt verzendingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt de externe salescollega's bij de opvolging van internationale klanten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als Internal Sales Medewerker te Izegem beschik jij over:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.
  • Ervaring met grote retailklanten is een absolute must.
  • Internationale retailervaring is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid.
