Voor de vacature van consulent dienstencheques (Nederlands & Pools) regio Deinze & Gent is dit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je zorgt voor de perfecte match tussen huishoudhulpen en klanten, rekening houdend met hun beschikbaarheid, verwachtingen en behoeften.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als huishoudhulpen en beantwoordt hun vragen via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp. Bij praktische problemen of wijzigingen denk je actief mee en zoek je naar een gepaste oplossing.
  • Je staat in voor een efficiënte personeels- en klantenplanning en verwerkt ad-hoc wijzigingen nauwkeurig in D-Plan.
  • Je beheert de nodige administratie, waaronder documenten en contracten. Daarnaast houd je personeelsdossiers up-to-date en zorg je voor een correcte registratie van verloven.
  • Je begeleidt de administratieve onboarding van nieuwe huishoudhulpen en waakt erover dat alle gegevens correct en volledig verwerkt worden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van consulent dienstencheques (Nederlands & Pools) regio Deinze & Gent zoeken we iemand die zich herkent in volgend profiel:

  • Talenkennis is essentieel: je communiceert vlot in verschillende talen (intern & extern) en beschikt over volgende taalniveaus:Pools: minimaal C1-niveau. Nederlands: minimaal C1-niveau. Engels: minimaal B2-niveau.
  • Je bent een echte administratieve duizendpoot en houdt ervan om verschillende taken tegelijk op te nemen. Je schakelt vlot tussen WhatsApp-berichten, inkomende telefoons en dringende e-mails.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet ook in drukke situaties het overzicht en de rust te bewaren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief sterk en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office. Vooral Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen: je kan zelfstandig met formules werken.
