Jobomschrijving

  • Meehelpen bij de voorbereiding en presentatie van gerechten
  • De koks en sous-chef ondersteunen bij hun taken
  • Zorgen voor naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Mise-en-place voorbereiden voor het service-moment
  • Creatieve ideeën aanreiken voor nieuwe gerechten
  • Voorraad bewaken en benodigdheden tijdig melden
  • Schoonhouden en organiseren van je werkplek
  • Begeleiden van leerling-koks en stagiairs
  • Actief bijdragen aan een goede samenwerking in het keukenteam

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Afgeronde koksopleiding (minimaal niveau 2/3)
  • Ervaring in een professionele keuken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en teamplayer
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en volgt hygiëneprocedures strikt
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht bij drukte
  • Creatief, enthousiast en leergierig
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (ook avonden/weekend)
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels, en/of Frans
