Onze klant is een van de twee grootste onafhankelijke speler binnen de verzekeringswereld in België. Het gaat om een zeer stabiele onderneming die verzekeringsoplossingen voorziet op basis van marktonderzoek. Ze focussen zich voornamelijk op ondernemers, bestuurders en zelfstandigen. Maar daarnaast zetten ze zich ook in voor particulieren.

De persoonlijke relatie met de klant is centraal. Zij worden verder geholpen door medewerkers vanuit de 11 kantoren. Hun hoofdkantoor is gelegen in Roeselare.

Je komt sowieso terecht in een familiaal team waar een open en eerlijke communicatiestijl wordt gehanteerd. Integriteit, onafhankelijkheid en persoonlijke betrokkenheid, deze waarden worden op alle vlakken doorgetrokken naar zowel de klanten alsook de medewerker en kenmerken het bedrijf!

Ben jij de administratieve duizendpoot die plezier haalt uit puzzelen, organiseren en klanten verder helpen? Heb je al ervaring in de verzekeringswereld, of ben je net supergemotiveerd om alles te leren? Dan is deze functie als Client Advisor misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert klantendossiers van A tot Z en zorgt dat alles correct en up-to-date blijft
  • Je informeert klanten over hun verzekeringen en staat hen bij met advies
  • Je bereidt offertes en polissen voor en volgt de administratieve flow nauwgezet op
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s en bouwt samen mee aan sterke klantrelaties
  • Dankzij jouw professionele en klantgerichte aanpak bied je service op maat

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Klantenadviseur te Roeselare beschik jij over:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau. Ervaring in de verzekeringssector is een troef, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en weet dossiers tot in de puntjes te behandelen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede basis van de Franse taal.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig aan de slag kan.
  • Je hebt een flexibele en positieve houding, en houdt van een vleugje humor op de werkvloer.
