Als kok zorg je dagelijks voor de voorbereiding, bereiding en afwerking van gerechten en ondersteun je ook in de beenhouwerij.

  • Je bereidt de keuken voor, zodat het werk vlot kan starten.
  • Je maakt warme en koude gerechten klaar om in de winkel te plaatsen.
  • Je weegt bereidingen af en brengt de juiste bestickering aan op de verpakkingen.
  • Wanneer je keukentaken klaar zijn, help je mee in de beenhouwerij met taken zoals hamburgers maken, worsten draaien, brochetten prikken en broodjes maken.
  • Na je shift laat je de werkruimte proper en ordelijk achter.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al relevante keukenervaring en basiskennis van voeding meebrengt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een keuken of grootkeuken.
  • Je hebt kennis van voeding en allergenen.
  • Je werkt ordelijk en hecht veel belang aan netheid.
