De groep is gespecialiseerd in de realisatie van gordijngevels, ramen, structurele glasconstructies, koepels en aluminium plaatwerk in al hun vormen en maakt hierbij gebruik van moderne technieken. Het bedrijf heeft de ambitie om één van de meest succesvolle bedrijven in zijn sector te worden op de markt in België, Luxemburg en Noord-Frankrijk.

Goederenontvangst:

  • Inventariseren van verwachte leveringen
  • Het samenwerken met collega's rond de ontvangst van materialen
  • Organiseren van controles op ontvangen materialen
  • Administratieve afhandeling van leveringsdocumenten
  • Opslag van afgewerkt materiaal in het magazijn met behulp van scanapparatuur

Magazijnwerkzaamheden:

  • Coördineren van de activiteiten binnen meerdere magazijnlocaties
  • Verplaatsen van artikelen van het ontvangstgedeelte naar de gewenste locatie met behulp van scanning
  • (Her)verplaatsen van materialen binnen en tussen magazijnen
  • Goederen afleveren of klaarzetten voor verwerking in andere afdelingen
  • Organiseren en controleren van het invoeren en tapen van bepaalde productonderdelen

Uitgaande goederen:

  • Klaarzetten van materialen voor transport naar verschillende locaties en laden van voertuigen
  • Voorbereiden van goederen voor externe afwerkingen (zoals bijvoorbeeld oppervlaktebehandelingen) Voorbereiden van goederen voor externe afwerkingen (zoals bijvoorbeeld oppervlaktebehandelingen)
  • Materialen gereedmaken voor verdere productie

Algemene taken:

  • Leidinggeven aan een kleiner team (ongeveer 5 personen)
  • Zorgdragen voor orde en netheid in het magazijn
  • Toezicht houden op het naleven van veiligheidsmaatregelen en preventiebeleid
  • Beheren van verpakkingsmateriaal zoals pallets, containers en opslagrekken
  • Rapportage aan het hoofd van de productie

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en het team te begeleiden in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je kunt omgaan met hectische situaties en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je beschikt over een goed logistiek inzicht, gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak.
  • Je hebt ervaring met gangbare softwaretoepassingen zoals spreadsheets en tekstdocumenten.
  • Je kunt duidelijk communiceren in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je kunt je redden in het Frans.
