Onze klant ondersteunt organisaties bij het verduurzamen en professionaliseren van hun energiebeheer. In een tijd waarin de energiekosten stijgen, de klimaatdoelstellingen steeds strenger worden en de noodzaak om de CO2-uitstoot te verminderen groter is dan ooit, biedt onze klant zowel strategisch advies als praktische oplossingen. De dienstverlening richt zich op een brede waaier aan opdrachtgevers, van bedrijven en gemeenten tot grote industriële sites.

Veel organisaties worden geconfronteerd met complexe uitdagingen, zoals verouderde infrastructuur, inefficiënte installaties en steeds veranderende regelgeving. Daarnaast neemt de behoefte aan een betrouwbare energievoorziening en een transparante rapportering over duurzaamheid sterk toe. Het dienstenpakket omvat onder meer energieaudits, technische analyses en de ontwikkeling van CO2-reductieplannen. Ook ondersteunt onze klant bij de integratie van hernieuwbare energie in bestaande systemen en bij de optimalisatie van energiebeheer via slimme monitoring en datagedreven sturing.

Daarnaast beschikt de organisatie over ruime expertise in het ontwerpen, bouwen, beheren en onderhouden van stadsverwarmingsnetwerken en installaties voor lokale energieproductie. Lokaal en duurzaam energiebeheer vormt daarbij de rode draad. Door in te zetten op efficiëntie en flexibiliteit én te investeren in toekomstgerichte technologieën zoals warmtepompen, warmtekrachtkoppeling en biomassa, wordt voor elke opdrachtgever een stabiele en betrouwbare energievoorziening gerealiseerd.

De contracten zijn transparant en gericht op een langdurige samenwerking, met duidelijke prestatiegaranties en volledige ontzorging: van de planning en realisatie tot de exploitatie en het onderhoud. Dankzij deze geïntegreerde aanpak kunnen organisaties economische voordelen combineren met een meetbare vermindering van hun ecologische impact.

Wat doet een HVAC- technieker voor de regio Oost- Vlaanderen? Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Het onderhoud, depannages en herstellingen van HVAC-installaties op verschillende locaties
  • Bestellen van materiaal wanneer het nodig is om snel te helpen
  • Rapporteren over de uitgevoerde interventies
  • Extra noden bij de klant signaleren
  • Altijd werken volgens de veiligheidsregels

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een opleiding in verwarmingsinstallaties, centrale verwarming en sanitaire installaties of koeling en warmte genoten. Heb je dat niet, maar wel ervaring en kennis? Dat is zeker ook goed
  • Een GI of GII attest is een groot pluspunt
  • Je bent zelfstandig en hebt een goede werkethiek
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
