De werkgever is een technische dienstverlener binnen de telecom- en energiesector en werkt mee aan de uitbouw en het onderhoud van het Belgische fibernetwerk.

Als Fiber Technieker zorg je voor het onderhoud, de controle en de kwaliteit van POP's en glasvezelverbindingen.

  • Je inspecteert en controleert POP's en volgt fiberinstallaties op tijdens plaatsingen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit op fiberverbindingen en verwerkt je bevindingen in rapporteringen.
  • Je spoort technische afwijkingen op, lost ze op en voert herinspecties uit wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je patcht en last glasvezelverbindingen volgens de geldende kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan straatkasten, POP's en industriële elektrische installaties, zoals ventilatie, airco, verlichting en elektrische poorten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job zoeken we een industriële elektricien met onderstaande vereisten.

  • Een diploma of relevante ervaring als industrieel elektricien
  • Kennis van industriële elektrische installaties en ervaring met onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen
  • Interesse in fiber, telecom en nieuwe technologieën
  • Rijbewijs B en flexibiliteit voor wachtdiensten
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een troef
