Als Inside Sales Medewerker met focus op winkelwerking combineer je klantencontact, verkoop en administratieve opvolging in de winkel en op afstand.

  • Je onthaalt klanten in de winkel, adviseert hen gericht en licht producten, promoties en nieuwe artikelen duidelijk toe.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen via e-mail, telefoon en webshop en informeert klanten over de werking, het assortiment en commerciële acties.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte afrekening en verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van offertes, dossiers en data-input.
  • Je draagt bij aan extra verkoop, denkt mee over een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en werkt promoties en acties rond producten met een korte THT mee uit.
  • Je volgt stockniveaus op en stemt hierover af met de besteller, zodat de winkelwerking vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je behandelt retours en klachten correct en klantgericht en bent een aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en orderpickers.
  • Je leert de interne werking en orderverwerking in BC kennen, ondersteunt bij afwezigheid van collega’s de telefonische Inside Sales in het Nederlands en Frans en werkt nauw samen met de vertegenwoordiger.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van inside sales medewerker gelden de volgende vereisten.

  • Je communiceert professioneel en vriendelijk in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt commerciële flair, een vlotte klantenbenadering en voelt je thuis in een winkelomgeving met veel klantencontact.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig, bent organisatorisch sterk en schakelt vlot tussen klantenservice, verkoop en administratie.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt zowel zelfstandig als goed samen met collega’s.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, staat open voor verschillende taken en bent bereid om elke zaterdag te werken. Ervaring in retail, inside sales, klantenservice, administratie of horeca is een pluspunt; motivatie en werkhouding zijn belangrijker dan jaren ervaring.
