Hun assortiment bestaat onder andere uit meubelen, decoratie, doe-het-zelf artikelen, multimedia, elektro, fitness, speelgoed, verwarming en zoveel meer. Alles wat betreft non-food zit in hun assortiment. Ze hebben een grote winkeloppervlakte met meer dan 160.000 producten. Ze willen correcte service bieden en een fijne winkelsfeer. Er is tevens een ruime cafetaria waar je tussen het winkelen door een hapje/drankje kan benuttigen. Voor de functie van IT-helpdeskcoördinator te Roeselare is dit je takenpakket:

  • Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijnssupport via telefoon en e-mail. Je behandelt meldingen, onderneemt de nodige acties en volgt tickets op tot ze opgelost zijn.
  • Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt computers en kassasystemen.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij hardware- en softwareproblemen.
  • Je helpt gebruikers bij het gebruik van intern ontwikkelde softwarepakketten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Helpdeskmedewerker IT te Roeselare beschik jij over het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma en hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van IT en netwerken.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Microsoft Windows Server en VMware.
  • Je kan vlot werken met het Microsoft Office-pakket.
  • Je bent communicatief en helpt gebruikers graag verder met hun IT-vragen.
