Voor de optie vast vacature van IT Support Medewerker (medewerker winkelsystemen & ondersteuning) zal je job er zo uitzien:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor winkels bij vragen en problemen rond systemen en dagelijkse werking.
  • Je begeleidt en voorziet een opleiding voor winkels bij het gebruik van systemen zoals kassa, SAP en scanners.
  • Je zorgt mee voor duidelijke en uniforme werkwijzen in alle winkels en waakt erover dat deze eenduidig toegepast worden.
  • Je test nieuwe of aangepaste systemen en controleert of deze logisch aansluiten bij de werking in de winkel
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in systemen en processen.
  • Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Wommelgem, maar gaat af en toe naar de winkelvloer om collega’s te ondersteunen en begeleiden in hun systeemwerking.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de optie vast vacature van IT Support Medewerker (medewerker winkelsystemen & ondersteuning) is dit wie we zoeken:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van winkelprocessen en begrijpt hoe een winkel in de praktijk werkt.Je hebt daarbij dan ook ervaring in de retail (op de winkelvloer zelf) als assistent of winkelmedewerker met administratieve verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT-systemen en weet hoe je deze correct toepast in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat je indien nodig je Franstalige collega kan ondersteunen.
  • Je bent geduldig, praktisch en oplossingsgericht en denkt vanuit de winkelrealiteit.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt graag samen in een team , maar je kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
