Ben jij een handige Harry of Henriette die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Dan is deze job helemaal iets voor jou! Als allround klusjesmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende herstellings- en onderhoudswerken bij onze klanten én in de eigen kantoren van onze klant, waaronder het kantoor in Kontich.

Geen dag is dezelfde, want je krijgt heel wat variatie in je takenpakket. Van kleine herstellingen tot grotere onderhoudswerken: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles er weer netjes bij ligt en perfect functioneert.

Wat mag je zoal verwachten?

  • Gyprocwerken: plaatsen, herstellen en afwerken van wanden en plafonds.
  • Tegelwerken: kleine herstellingen en tegelwerken uitvoeren.
  • Schilderwerken: muren en andere oppervlakken een frisse uitstraling geven.
  • Dakwerken: kleine herstellingen en onderhoudswerken uitvoeren.
  • Sanitair: sanitaire installaties onderhouden en kleine herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Groenonderhoud: zorgen voor nette en verzorgde buitenruimtes.
  • Allerhande klusjes: je springt bij waar nodig en pakt kleine technische of bouwkundige problemen met plezier aan.

Kortom: jij bent de handige duizendpoot die graag afwisseling heeft, zelfstandig aan de slag gaat en voldoening haalt uit mooi afgewerkt werk!

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring als klusjesman of allround bouwarbeider.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, professioneel en neemt je verantwoordelijkheden serieus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en proper, met oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met klanten en collega's.
