Als kwaliteitscontroleur volg je dagelijks de kwaliteit van het montagewerk op en stuur je bij waar nodig.

  • Je begeleidt startende werknemers en ondersteunt hen in hun rol op de werkvloer.
  • Je stelt controle-instructies op en werkt controle-documenten uit voor een gestructureerde kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit van het werk op tijdens de verschillende montagestappen en tijdens de eindcontrole.
  • Je stimuleert het kwaliteitsbewustzijn bij medewerkers en zorgt voor de herinvoering en naleving van het auto-controlesysteem.
  • Je analyseert storingen en montageproblemen en werkt mee aan passende oplossingen.
  • Je geeft feedback over vaststellingen uit de eindcontrole en over klantenfeedback aan de assemblagemedewerkers.
  • Je stemt problemen of moeilijke montages af met de engineeringafdeling en werkt nauw samen met de productieverantwoordelijke en andere betrokken diensten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van kwaliteitscontroleur heb je idealiter het volgende mee.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere technische opleiding in een mechanische studierichting of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole en/of assemblage is een pluspunt.
  • Goede theoretische en praktische kennis van diverse technische domeinen is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit, oog voor detail en sterke people skills; je communiceert technische informatie helder, schrikt niet terug voor enige administratie, kunt snel reageren op acute problemen en bent bereid om bij te scholen waar nodig.
