Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als logistiek supervisor?

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn.
  • Je stuurt de werkbezetting en planning bij in functie van de nood.
  • Je herplant medewerkers wanneer de situatie of werkdruk daarom vraagt.
  • Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende taken en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele problemen op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers wanneer zij vastlopen in het logistiek proces.
  • Je volgt de werking van het geautomatiseerde magazijn op, analyseert storingen en zoekt naar een technische oplossing wanneer verpakkingen een installatie blokkeren.
  • Je voert hands-on technische interventies uit of ondersteunt hierbij.
  • Je voert logistieke manipulaties uit in de computer.
  • Je controleert pickings en magazijnactiviteiten via de computer.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en op een constructieve manier met collega's en je durft problemen of fouten bespreekbaar te maken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je krijgt de volledige magazijnwerking operationeel aangeleerd. Om alle werkposten en processen grondig te leren kennen, zijn we algauw een jaar verder. In de daaropvolgende periode wordt het leidinggevende luik verder uitgebouwd.

Om dit traject moeiteloos te kunnen doorlopen, zijn een aantal basiseigenschappen en -vaardigheden van groot belang:

  • Je houdt ervan om computerwerk te combineren met fysieke magazijntaken.
  • Je hebt een aangeboren talent om een afdeling te trekken en staat open om opleidingen te volgen om je hierin sterker te maken.
  • Je hebt een hands-on attitude.
  • Je hebt een goede technische basiskennis en een probleemoplossend vermogen. Een opleiding in een technische richting is een zeer grote troef.
  • Je bent sterk met een computer.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Basiskennis van het Frans is aardig meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om tijdens je opleidingstermijn in 2 ploegen te werken, om daarna over te schakelen naar de vaste ochtendploeg.
