Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je dagelijks bezig met het onderhoud en de technische opvolging van machines.

  • Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op aan machines en werkt technische oplossingen uit die je ook uitvoert.
  • Je stelt een preventief onderhoudsplan op en voert preventief, routinematig en noodzakelijk onderhoud uit op de vastgelegde onderhoudsmomenten.
  • Je ondersteunt automatiseringsprojecten en helpt samen met de Proces Manager bij de opstart van de onderhoudssoftware.
  • Je verplaatst machines wanneer nodig en denkt mee over hoe processen technisch beter kunnen verlopen.
  • Je plant externe technici in wanneer extra ondersteuning nodig is.
  • Je zet veiligheidsmaatregelen op voor machines en neemt ook het onderhoud van gebouwen mee op.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn de volgende instapvereisten belangrijk.

  • Je hebt een opleiding of aantoonbare kennis in elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in de metaalsector.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans goed.
  • Je kunt onderhoudsgegevens analyseren, onderhoudsprocedures uitwerken en technische ondersteuning verlenen.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht, pakt zaken zelfstandig aan en bent flexibel ingesteld.
