Als allround productiemedewerker chemie zorg je mee voor een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens productiefiches en procedures en houdt tegelijk het magazijn mee draaiende.

In de productieafdeling:

  • Verzamelen en controleren van grondstoffen
  • Nakijken van gewichten, batchnummers, aantallen en houdbaarheidsdata
  • Toevoegen en mengen van grondstoffen in chemische tanks
  • Handmatig verwerken van zakken van 20 tot 25 kilogram
  • Bedienen van pompen en verplaatsen van grondstoffen met een heftruck
  • Instellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van productieparameters
  • Zelfstandig afwerken van chemische oplossingen
  • Nemen van stalen voor kwaliteitscontrole
  • Correct etiketteren en afvullen van vloeistoffen
  • Plannen en prioriteren van productieopdrachten
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie

In de magazijnafdeling:

  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Klaarzetten van pickorders
  • Controleren en registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Nakijken van aantallen, batchnummers en documenten
  • Toepassen van ADR- en CMR-richtlijnen
  • Duidelijk communiceren met chauffeurs en administratie
  • Flexibel inspelen op klantenvragen en de interne planning

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je bent een nauwkeurige en veiligheidsbewuste medewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Ervaring in de chemische productie is belangrijk, maar minstens even belangrijk zijn je verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereidheid om procedures strikt te volgen.

  • Je hebt een chemische opleiding gevolgd of relevante ervaring in een chemische productieomgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en methodisch
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je volgt productiefiches, handleidingen en veiligheidsprocedures correct
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en kunt risico’s goed inschatten
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om zakken van 20 tot 25 kilogram te verwerken
