Onze klant, gelegen te Halen, is een gerenommeerde producent van kunststof verpakkingsmaterialen met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring.

Het bedrijf groeide uit tot een moderne organisatie met meer dan 45 medewerkers en specialiseert zich in kwalitatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen zoals folies, zakken, hoezen en vellen. Duurzaamheid staat centraal dankzij in-house recycling en het gebruik van gerecycleerde én FDA-goedgekeurde materialen.

Jobomschrijving

Als technisch operator extrusie zal je werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar kuststof PE-granulaten worden omgezet tot hoofwaardige folies. Dit zal gebeuren via geavanceerde blaasextrusielijnen.

Voorbereiden van de productie

  • Bevoorraden van machines met de nodige grondstoffen en materialen
  • Opvolgen van het extrusieproces, inclusief kwaliteitscontrole en het oplossen van storingen
  • Afvoeren, labelen en registeren van geproduceerde goederen
  • Bewaken van orde en netheid op de werkvloer, volgens het BRCgs-kwaliteitslabel

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van technisch operator extrusie zoeken wij iemand met technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de wil om bij te leren.

  • Je hebt technische kennis, een TSO-diploma of relevante ervaring is een grote plus
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring als operator
  • Kennis/ervaring binnen het extrusieproces is een groot pluspunt
  • Je kan de Nederlandse taal spreken, schrijven en begrijpen
  • Je wil werken in een 3-ploegensysteem
  • Je wil groeien en het volledige extrusieproces van A tot Z kennen
