Als Operator Extrusie houd je het extrusieproces draaiende en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde folie.

  • Je bedient en stelt de extrusiemachines in om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je volgt de productieparameters op en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde folie en voert metingen uit.
  • Je grijpt in bij afwijkingen of storingen om de productie onder controle te houden.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens correct en zorgt voor een nette, veilige werkplek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om de productiedoelen te behalen en de kwaliteit te garanderen.

Voor de functie van Operator Extrusie zoeken we een kandidaat met de volgende basisvereisten.

  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productieprocessen; ervaring in een productieomgeving of met extrusie is mooi meegenomen
  • Vlot met een computer kunnen werken om productiegegevens te registreren
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken
  • Nauwkeurig werken met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, goed functioneren in teamverband, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en bereid zijn om bij te leren
