Voor een dynamisch bedrijf in de optiekbranche zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste verkoopmedewerker om het team te versterken. Het bedrijf richt zich op het aanbieden van eigenzinnige en modieuze monturen tegen een vaste all-inclusive prijs. Het doel is om de klant een toegankelijke, persoonlijke ervaring te bieden tijdens de zoektocht naar het perfecte montuur, waarbij klanttevredenheid en service voorop staan.

Als verkoopmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten in de winkel. Dankzij je actuele productkennis kun je altijd een passend en onafhankelijk advies geven. Met jouw overtuigingskracht en commerciële instelling zorg je ervoor dat klanten tevreden de winkel verlaten.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Actieve verkoop van producten
  • Adviseren van klanten bij hun aankopen
  • De verwachtingen van klanten overtreffen door vernieuwende ideeën en productkennis te delen
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van de maximale sales in de winkel
  • Vergroten van je productkennis door interne opleidingen en zelfstudie
  • De winkel netjes en op orde houden
  • Proactief handelen om 100% klanttevredenheid te garanderen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als verkoopmedewerker/opticien in het hartje van Leuven heb jij het volgende profiel:

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Ervaring in de optiek is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Flexibele beschikbaarheid, vooral in de weekenden en op koopavonden
  • Sterke affiniteit met mode
  • Leergierigheid en interesse om je verder te ontwikkelen in optiek
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en klantgerichtheid, met oog voor de beste service
