Als service-planner in Lokeren ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en onze service-techniekers. Onze techniekers vertrekken ’s morgens met hun camionette rechtstreeks naar de klant. Jij zorgt dat hun dag goed gevuld is, dat de klant weet wanneer we komen en dat de techniekers weten wat ze moeten doen en eventueel meenemen.

Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Depannages plannen: je neemt service-aanvragen aan voor gasketels, warmtepompen, airco’s en sanitaire installaties, schat in wat dringend is en plant ze bij de technieker met de juiste kennis.
  • Interventies fabrikanten plannen: je zorgt voor de afspraken met fabrikanten, onderaannemers en andere partners als die nodig zijn ifv een interventie bij een klant, al dan niet samen met een technieker van ons
  • Onderhoud opvolgen: je bewaakt het tweejaarlijkse onderhoud van toestellen bij onze klanten en contacteert hen tijdig om een nieuwe afspraak te maken.
  • Keuringen en ontkalkers: je volgt aanvragen voor waterkeuringen op en plant de opstart van ontkalkers in.
  • Klantcontact: je bent dagelijks telefonisch en per mail het aanspreekpunt voor klanten over afspraken, tijdsvensters en wijzigingen.
  • Schakel met de techniekers: je bereidt de werkbonnen voor en plant vervolginterventies in indien nodig.
  • Bijsturen: een dringende oproep, een zieke collega of een interventie die uitloopt? Jij past de planning aan zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Om als service-planner in Lokeren aan de slag te gaan, beschik je over:

  • Praktische competenties:Je werkt vlot met de computer en mail; wij plannen in Plenion en leren je dat graag aan. Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2-niveau) Je hebt reeds 3 à 5 jaar werkervaring achter de rug. Ervaring in planning, klanten-dienst of een technische omgeving is een pluspunt. Interesse in verwarming, warmtepompen, airco en sanitair is mooi meegenomen.
  • Gedragscompetenties:Oordeelsvorming: je schat snel in wat dringend is en welke technieker je waar inzet. Plannen en organiseren: je werkt gestructureerd en houdt ook op drukke dagen het overzicht. Flexibiliteit: last-minute wijzigingen brengen je niet van je stuk; je schakelt vlot tussen taken. Klantgerichtheid: je communiceert vriendelijk, duidelijk en professioneel. Assertiviteit: je durft initiatief te nemen en ook eens “nee” of “later” te zeggen tegen een klant. Zorgvuldigheid: je werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder tijdsdruk.
