Je start als afvuloperator en leert stap voor stap de machines, grondstoffen en productieprocessen kennen. Na een grondige opleiding is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de beeldscherm- of proceskamer, waar je het productieproces opvolgt en bijstuurt.

Belangrijk om te weten: ook als beeldschermoperator blijft de job fysiek uitdagend. Bij storingen of afwijkingen kan het nodig zijn om manueel grondstoffen aan te vullen in de silo’s. Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en fysieke inzet zijn daarom belangrijk.

  • Bedienen en instellen van de afvul- en productiemachines.
  • Aanvoeren, storten en manueel bijvullen van grondstoffen.
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces via schermen en instellingen bijregelen waar nodig.
  • Kleine storingen oplossen en bij complexere problemen de techniekers inschakelen.
  • Na de opleiding doorgroeien naar de beeldscherm- of proceskamer.
  • Ook in deze doorgroeifunctie fysiek bijspringen wanneer grondstoffen moeten worden aangevuld.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken een technisch aangelegde en gemotiveerde operator die graag bijleert en fysiek werk niet uit de weg gaat.

  • Je hebt een technisch A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in machines en productieprocessen.
  • Fysiek werk, zoals het aanvullen van grondstoffen in silo’s, vormt geen probleem.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en hygiëne.
  • Je bent bereid om door te groeien naar de beeldscherm- of proceskamer.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt of kan behaald worden.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken. 3 ploegen kan op termijn een mogelijkheid zijn:Vroege ploeg: maandag tot donderdag van 05.30 tot 13.45 uur, vrijdag van 05.45 tot 12.00 uur. Late ploeg: maandag tot donderdag van 13.45 tot 22.00 uur, vrijdag van 12.00 tot 18.00 uur.
