Als rayonverantwoordelijke in onze supermarkt in Eke-Nazareth zorg je ervoor dat het werk op de winkelvloer vlot verloopt.

  • Je stuurt een team van 10 tot 15 aanvullers aan, werkt zelf mee op de vloer en motiveert je collega’s tijdens de werkdag.
  • Je volgt de stock op, voert tellingen uit en beheert de voorraad nauwkeurig.
  • Je controleert vervaldata en registreert en verwijdert vervallen producten op tijd.
  • Je zet promoties en acties op en breekt ze nadien weer correct af.
  • Je verwerkt mutaties, denkt mee over oplossingen voor derving en volgt taakberichten op.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van rayonverantwoordelijke in deze supermarkt in Eke-Nazareth zoeken we iemand met het volgende profiel.

  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor wisselende shiften tussen 06.00 en 20.00 uur, inclusief weekendwerk en inspringen bij ziekte.
  • Je hebt een hands-on werkhouding en helpt graag mee op de winkelvloer.
  • Je blijft rustig en werkt gestructureerd, ook in drukke of chaotische situaties.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar sterke motivatie en inzet zijn voor deze functie het belangrijkst.
