Als recruiter bij Accent combineer je elke dag gesprekken met kandidaten, contact met bedrijven en het opvolgen van vacatures en resultaten.

  • Je start de dag met je team en bepaalt welke vacatures, kandidaten en acties voorrang krijgen.
  • Je spreekt kandidaten die op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe job, brengt hun talenten, verwachtingen en noden in kaart en bereidt hen voor op hun sollicitatie.
  • Je schrijft vacatureteksten en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures zichtbaar worden voor de juiste kandidaten.
  • Je stelt passende kandidaten voor aan bedrijven en onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten.
  • Je benadert ook nieuwe bedrijven, stelt sterke profielen voor en bouwt nieuwe samenwerkingen op.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en doelstellingen, volgt je resultaten op en viert vooruitgang en successen met je team.
